6.45 am

the young ones say that they want breakfast and
mummy is not there to make .
so i turn out to be the out cooking the breakfast .
i'm scare that i dont have the time to prepare so i bath first then i cook .
end up having the oily smell on me .
so sickening .


8.15 pm

my noses is so block .
i cant breath from my nose now, using my mouth to suck the air .
uh .
suffering , i think it got worst after D&T .
it's so itchy now .
help me !!!
