We have all grown up

![]() ![]() ![]() Last week I was back home to attend my cousin's wedding. As always, I was excited to be back in Malacca. Due to our busy schedule in Singapore, we managed to go back on the wedding day itself. Peijun didn't get me to be part of the bridemaids and it was a right decision. By the time I reached her place, she was almost ready for the tea ceremony. Time really flies. I remember how Peijun used to play with my hair when I was still a kid. How she always get the rest of us to try weird diet drinks and food. Seeing UncleLong's kids is always the best thing to do back at home. I still remember we always cycle around the taman and we cross the junction like its our grandfather's road. Hiding in the air conditioned room playing big2 was one of the greatest things to do. I still remember how we always dress up like some clowns and start to play fashion show by walking up and down the stairs. I really miss those childhood days when we spent our time together. Now that all of us are busy with our own life, we really have very little time or rather none to do all these weird and funny stuff anymore. Watching Peijun walked slowly into the hall with her husband really makes me feel that we have all grown up. Soon, I'll turn 20 and I wonder what's waiting for me tomorrow. Anyway, I give my blessing to the new couple and hope to hear good news from them soon! |
